HPE deploys Juniper Networks technology in Oracle AI data centers
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is expanding its collaboration with Oracle by deploying Juniper Networks technology across Oracle’s global AI data centers. The deployment includes PTX, MX, QFX, and EX platforms to manage the high training and inference workloads essential for AI infrastructure. This integration aims to optimize data orchestration and prevent bottlenecks between servers, storage, and accelerators.
The integration of Juniper Networks has significantly boosted HPE’s financial performance. Following the acquisition, HPE reported third-quarter revenue of $12.2 billion, a 34 percent increase year-over-year. Specifically, the networking segment saw a 75 percent surge in revenue, reaching $2.9 billion, driven largely by the Juniper integration. HPE executives noted that the operational merger is progressing faster than anticipated, allowing for earlier realization of sales and product development synergies.
