HPP Consulting celebrates 30 years as a boutique consultancy
HPP Consulting is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Originally established as a management buy-out spin-off from the Daimler Group, the boutique consulting firm specializes in strategy, sales, and marketing.
Over three decades, the company has completed 2,700 customer projects for a client base that includes DAX and MDAX companies, as well as various medium-sized enterprises and 'Hidden Champions'. While its origins are in the automotive industry, HPP has expanded its expertise into telecommunications, fiber optics, mobility, and logistics.
The firm is currently led by managing partners André Köhler, Dr. Thorsten Liebehenschel, and Roland Pietsch. In 2025, Max Köppl and Christian Karwehl were added to the partnership.
