HR Focus Africa Conference 2026 to be held in Accra

HR Focus Africa, in partnership with L’AINE HR, has announced the HR Focus Africa Conference (HRFAC) 2026. The event is scheduled for October 16, 2026, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

Under the theme “Inclusive Leadership & HR Strategies for Diverse Workforce: A Regional Perspective,” the conference aims to bring together chief executives, human resource leaders, and policymakers from across the region. The program will include keynotes, a major report launch, panel debates, and a masterclass focused on practical strategies for managing diverse workforces.

James Laar, Managing Director of L’AINE HR, noted that the theme addresses significant transformations in the African workforce, including changing expectations from new generations and the push for better recognition of persons with disabilities. The conference also responds to legislative developments such as the Affirmative Action (Gender Equity) Act, 2024, and the impact of AI and automation on sectors like banking and telecommunications.
