HR Path acquires Grupo PHR to expand in Latin America

HR Path, a global provider of HR consulting and HRIS solutions, has announced the strategic acquisition of Grupo PHR. This move is intended to strengthen the company's presence and growth strategy within Latin America.

Grupo PHR specializes in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and ADP Workforce solutions. Through this acquisition, HR Path expands its regional footprint to include operations in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina. The integration aims to combine HR Path's global capabilities with Grupo PHR's local expertise to support end-to-end human resources transformation for clients in the region.
