HR Path acquires ModusForce to expand Dayforce capabilities in UK and Ireland

HR Path, a global HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider, has acquired ModusForce, a UK-based firm specializing in Dayforce and Dayforce HCM consulting, payroll, and workforce management. The strategic move is intended to strengthen HR Path’s presence and capabilities within the United Kingdom and Ireland markets.

ModusForce provides advisory, implementation, and managed support services to help organizations optimize their human resources and payroll systems. This acquisition follows a series of recent expansions by HR Path in the region, including the acquisitions of Three Plus Consulting, IntSys, and Eaton Square between 2024 and 2025.
