HR Path acquires Payroll Experts Australia

HR Path, a global HR consulting and HRIS solutions provider, has announced the strategic acquisition of Brisbane-based Payroll Experts Australia. The acquired firm specializes in payroll compliance, remediation, workforce management, and HR systems consulting.

Payroll Experts Australia has completed over 530 projects for more than 260 organizations across Australia and New Zealand since its founding in 2009. The acquisition is intended to bolster HR Path’s ability to offer end-to-end HR transformation services within the ANZ market by combining specialist payroll capabilities with existing SAP SuccessFactors expertise.

The company will continue to operate under the brand ‘Payroll Experts Australia, an HR Path Company,’ with its current leadership team and employees remaining in their roles to ensure service continuity. This move follows HR Path’s ongoing expansion in the region, which includes the previous acquisitions of DDG and RKM Consulting.
