NTV HR Research Institute and Field Management Human Resources will host a free webinar on September 16, 2026, focusing on reducing performance gaps among managers. The session aims to help companies move beyond relying on individual intuition by establishing clear management standards and organizational systems for goal setting, evaluation, and 1-on-1 meetings. It will also cover practical communication techniques such as active listening and effective feedback.

Separately, the HR community Jinji Toshokan, operated by Trustyyle, has announced a direct bus tour from Shizuoka, Hamamatsu, and Mishima to the Jinji Matsuri 2026 event in Okutama. Scheduled for October 10–11, 2026, this retreat-style event allows HR professionals and executives to engage in workshops, seminars, and networking sessions at a renovated former school building to address challenges like talent shortages and human capital management.
