HR technology firms debut AI and dynamic content at CONARH 2026

At the CONARH 2026 event in São Paulo, major technology and human resources firms are introducing new digital solutions for people management.

TOTVS and Swile have launched the ‘Arena Mundo Pessoas’, a dedicated space featuring dynamic 22-minute sessions, panels, and keynotes from industry leaders and executives from companies such as Vivo, Lacoste, and Bayer. To increase accessibility, the programming will be broadcast via a free live stream for HR professionals across Brazil.

Additionally, Senior Sistemas has introduced a new architecture based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This technology integrates generative AI models, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot, directly into its Senior HCM ecosystem. The integration focuses on complex processes such as payroll and time tracking to reduce errors and labor litigation risks, addressing a significant volume of judicial processes related to overtime in Brazil.
