HR technology firms expand presence in India and MEA markets

Several HR technology companies are expanding their presence in the Indian and Middle East/Africa (MEA) markets.

Pocket HRMS, an AI-powered payroll and HRMS provider in India, has been recognized as an ‘Aspirant’ in Everest Group’s Human Capital Management (HCM) Platforms Mid-market PEAK Matrix Assessment 2026. The platform is designed to address the specific workforce and compliance needs of Indian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Meanwhile, HR-tech startup Third Bracket has launched a multilingual Interview Engine targeting the India and MEA regions. The company reported significant commercial momentum, including a partnership with a large Indian conglomerate serving 35,000 users and new partnerships with AWS and MongoDB. Third Bracket is also working with FasterCapital’s EquityPilot program to support its growth and fundraising efforts.
