Hradec Králové launches housing interest form for Kukleny project

The city of Hradec Králové has launched a contact form for individuals interested in cooperative housing in the Kukleny district. The project involves the transformation of a former tannery area into a residential complex and a new public square.

The winning design for the site was selected through an international architectural and urban competition. The winning entry was submitted by the Spanish architectural partnership Mach Office Slp. + Arame Studio Scp. Their proposal focuses on high-quality public spaces, greenery, and a sensitive connection to the site’s industrial history.

The planned cooperative housing building will offer 90 residential units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk layouts. The project is primarily aimed at young families and residents seeking stable, accessible housing in a well-connected location. The city will use feedback from the contact form to better understand the needs and preferred layouts of potential residents before finalizing the project and beginning apartment reservations.
