Hradec Králové opens first public grill point with online booking

Hradec Králové has launched its first public grill point featuring an online reservation system. The project, which includes an electric grill and two dining sets, cost approximately 840,000 CZK excluding VAT.

Located in Šimkovy sady, the new facility expands upon a tradition of public grilling in the area dating back to 2011. Users can reserve specific time slots via a dedicated website for a fee of 100 CZK per hour. This fee is intended to prevent system abuse and encourage users to follow cleaning and operational regulations. The grill point will be available year-round, with extended hours during the peak season from April to September.
