Hércules CF moves to fourth place after victory over Sant Andreu

Hércules CF secured a 1-0 victory over UE Sant Andreu, moving into fourth place in the Primera Federación Group 2. The decisive goal was scored by Isaac Obeng, who cut in from the right flank to deliver a curling left-footed strike.

The win marks a significant turnaround for the Alicante-based side, which began the season in the relegation zone. Under manager Beto Company, the team has earned 13 of the last 15 available points. Hércules has demonstrated strong defensive stability, recording four consecutive matches without conceding and remaining one of the teams with the fewest goals conceded in the group.

The match was also marked by refereeing controversy at the Rico Pérez stadium. A penalty initially awarded to Hércules for a foul on Samu Vázquez was overturned following a VAR review, leading to protests from the players and supporters.
