Hristijan Mickoski claims pension growth is 16 times higher than previous administration

North Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski stated that pension growth under the current government is 16 times higher than it was during the previous SDSM administration. Speaking after a visit to Tesa Energy, Mickoski addressed criticisms regarding the cost of living, dismissing them as PR tactics designed to humanize the opposition.

Mickoski acknowledged that while the current situation is not perfect and challenges remain, living standards are better now than they were three years ago. He claimed the previous government failed to improve citizens' lives and instead engaged in corruption. He also noted that global instabilities, such as the war in Ukraine and crises in the Middle East, continue to present economic difficulties worldwide.
