Hrvatska pošta Mostar expands shipment redirection network

Hrvatska pošta Mostar has expanded its network of postal offices where customers can redirect their shipments. In addition to the existing PostBox parcel lockers and main post offices, users can now redirect packages to smaller local post offices.

In the Mostar area, shipments can now be redirected to offices in Rodoč, Buna, Ćim, and Balinovac. For users in the Ljubuški area, options include the TC Namex or Vitina post offices. The service allows recipients to choose their preferred pickup location via notifications received through Viber or SMS.

The company is also preparing to install 18 new PostBox parcel lockers to further increase service flexibility.
