Hrvatski dom Split launches new concert season with record subscriptions

Hrvatski dom Split has launched its new concert season, featuring a record number of 70 programs. The season opened at the Ive Tijardović Concert Hall with a performance by the HRT Choir titled ‘Uglazbljeni Nazor’, which commemorated the 150th anniversary of the birth of Croatian poet Vladimir Nazor through musical compositions by various local composers.

Subscriber numbers have seen significant growth, with 271 subscriptions recorded so far, representing a 20 percent increase over the previous season. While individual ticket sales have now commenced, several subscription packages remain available for purchase, including Classical, Split Circle, Jazz, and World Music programs, with varying deadlines through late October.

The upcoming schedule includes diverse genres through the OFF program, featuring acts such as the electronic and indie punk rock band RØLØ, Jamaican singer-songwriter Brushy One String, and a tribute performance by Ana Opačak to Gabi Novak. The venue also aims to engage younger audiences through the opening of the Jakov Gotovac hall.
