Hrvatski Telekom posts 2.6% revenue rise and declares €1.69 dividend
Hrvatski Telekom reported a 2.6% year‑on‑year increase in first‑half 2026 revenue, reaching €558.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA AL grew 3% and net profit after non‑controlling interests rose 13.6% to €65.8 million. Capital expenditures totaled €131.9 million, a 12.8% increase, mainly for expanding the FTTH network, which added 16% coverage for households and business users. The company announced a dividend of €1.69 per share, representing a 92.8% payout ratio and a 4.2% yield, benefiting roughly 146,000 shareholders.
The mobile network was ranked best in Croatia for the fourth consecutive year by regulator HAKOM, and the group earned an “A” ESG rating from LSEG. In Q2, Hrvatski Telekom signed a sale‑and‑purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Pro‑Ping, a regional broadband provider, subject to regulatory approval expected in the second half of 2026. CEO Nataša Rapaić said the firm will continue to strengthen market leadership, improve efficiency and accelerate advanced‑technology deployment.
