HS Hyosung The Class achieves success in German-style vocational training
HS Hyosung The Class has announced significant achievements in the Ausbildung program, a German-style vocational training system that combines theoretical school education with practical corporate training. In the 2026 painting category, trainees Lim Ha-neul from the Jukjeon Service Center secured first place, while Hong Chan-young from the Seocho Service Center took second place. Additionally, Deputy Manager Kim Woo-su from the Jukjeon Service Center was recognized as an outstanding trainer.
To showcase these results, the company hosted German media representatives at its Jukjeon Service Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. The visit, organized by the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI), focused on how German vocational models are being successfully integrated into the Korean automotive maintenance industry.
HS Hyosung The Class has participated in the Ausbildung program for 10 years, having started with its first cohort in 2017. Beyond this program, the company is expanding its technical training to meet the demands of vehicle electrification. In collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Korea, it operates the Automotive Electric Traineeship (AET), which emphasizes electric vehicle maintenance and high-voltage systems, as well as a Mobile Academy that supports students at 10 universities nationwide.
