Hüseyin Adatepe appointed Chief Police Inspector in Ankara

Hüseyin Adatepe, the Police Chief of Bartın, has been appointed as a Chief Police Inspector in Ankara via a presidential decree. The announcement comes on the first anniversary of his appointment to Bartın, which took place on September 17.

Adatepe, who previously served in the Prime Ministry Protection unit and as a police chief in Artvin, is scheduled to depart from Bartın this Friday. During his tenure in Bartın, he gained local recognition for his conduct, including a notable gesture of respect toward the father of a fallen special operations officer.

In a statement, Adatepe expressed his commitment to serving the nation within the framework of laws and regulations and thanked the local personnel and citizens of Bartın for their support. Bülent Gürcan is expected to take over as the new Police Chief of Bartın next week.
