HSG Ostfildern prepares for match against Willstätt-Hanauerland

HSG Ostfildern enters their upcoming match against HSG Willstätt-Hanauerland following a 27:23 home victory against SKV Unterensingen. In that match, Ostfildern maintained control for much of the game, led by strong performances from Jon Gehrung and Oliver Sudar.

Ostfildern currently holds third place in the standings with 4:2 points. They face a Willstätt-Hanauerland side that has struggled at the start of the Regionalliga season, sitting at the bottom of the table with zero points after three losses.

Willstätt-Hanauerland is currently dealing with significant personnel issues, most notably the absence of Illia Hreblev, a key player who averaged ten goals per game last season. Coach Martin Valo noted that replacing such a high-scoring player with youth players is a major challenge for the team.
