Hsinchu City Government partners with Xin Zhu Clubhouse for mental health employment support

The Hsinchu City Government has partnered with the Xin Zhu Clubhouse to launch workplace experience and employment support services specifically designed for individuals recovering from mental health challenges. The initiative aims to help members accumulate professional experience, improve workplace adaptability, and build confidence through individualized guidance.

Through the program, professional employment counselors provide companionship and practical training to help members establish regular work habits and familiarize themselves with operational tasks. Hsinchu Mayor Kao Hung-an emphasized the city's commitment to creating an inclusive and friendly work environment by integrating community resources and corporate partnerships to support independent living.
