HSSP Architects refurbishes headquarters to support growth

Melton Mowbray-based HSSP Architects has completed a refurbishment of its headquarters to support the firm’s growth and evolving work culture. The project was delivered by Blueprint Interiors, the same consultancy that originally designed the studio over a decade ago.

The redesigned workspace shifts the focus from traditional desk layouts to a flexible environment tailored to how employees interact throughout the day. The new studio includes quiet zones for focused work, collaborative project areas, meeting and mentoring rooms, and informal social settings.

According to Director Richard Cooper, the investment aims to provide a workplace that better supports the team and their projects. The firm reported a 95 per cent positive feedback rate from staff following the changes, noting increased collaboration and more natural mentoring opportunities.
