HTI Group acquires Polish snowmaking specialist Supersnow

The HTI Group has become the sole shareholder of Supersnow, a specialist manufacturer of snow guns, lances, and advanced snowmaking systems. Headquartered in Poland with operations in Romania and Austria, Supersnow brings over 25 years of experience to the group.

This acquisition strengthens HTI’s position in the snowmaking sector, joining its existing brands Demaclenko and HKD. The move is part of a broader growth strategy to diversify geographically and operationally, specifically targeting emerging ski destinations in Eastern Europe and expanding presence in Asian markets.

Supersnow reported a revenue of approximately 25 million euros in its last season and employs more than 120 people. The acquisition aims to foster innovation and infrastructure development projects across Eastern Europe.
