HTI Group hosts international interns and guest AJ Ginnis

The HTI Group recently hosted an event in Vipiteno for 70 interns participating in its summer internship program. The participants traveled from Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and the United States to gain professional experience across various business areas of the group.

Greek alpine skier AJ Ginnis, the first Greek athlete to win a medal at the Alpine Skiing World Championships, served as a special guest. Ginnis shared his professional journey, emphasizing themes of perseverance, determination, and the ability to overcome obstacles and injuries. He discussed the challenges of building a national ski team in a country without a strong alpine tradition and how his silver medal at the Courchevel World Championships was achieved through resilience and a strong support system.

The internship program is designed to provide young talent with practical contact with the professional world while allowing the HTI Group to identify potential future employees. The company noted that several former interns have returned to the group to begin professional careers following their studies.
