Hu Beiwei responds to husband Shan Liwen’s marriage claims

Actress Hu Beiwei addressed recent comments made by her husband, Shan Liwen, during a TVB variety show appearance. Shan had claimed that the couple had not had sexual intercourse for 12 years. Hu responded humorously to the media, asking, “Do you believe it?” and noted that she had warned him not to speak recklessly before his interview.

During the same appearance at the Hong Kong Palace Museum, Hu also discussed her friend Nancy Wu’s release of the single “Unknown is Also Fine.” Addressing rumors regarding the financial backing for the song, Hu clarified that Wu’s husband provides spiritual support and praised Wu’s dedication to the project, including filming her own music video.

Additionally, Hu shared anecdotes regarding Shan’s recovery from a finger injury sustained three years ago on the set of the drama “Come Home Love: Lo and Behold,” describing the process of caring for him as being similar to “raising a child.”
