Huauchinango robbery prompts driver to seek missing Golden Retrievers

A young driver traveling the Mexico‑Tuxpan highway near Huauchinango, Puebla, was stopped by armed assailants who stole his vehicle and belongings. The attackers also took, or abandoned, his two six‑year‑old Golden Retriever dogs, Mía and Camila, which the driver describes as his only family.

The victim reported the incident to authorities, who later located the abandoned car empty of the pets. He posted a video on social media pleading for help, offering a 10,000‑peso reward and stating he is willing to negotiate the amount. He also pledged not to pursue legal action against the robbers, emphasizing that his sole concern is the safe return of his dogs.
