Huawei and Rollme announce new smartwatches and wearable devices
Several new wearable devices are entering or being prepared for the market, focusing on health tracking, connectivity, and battery longevity.
Huawei is expanding its lineup with the Huawei Band 10, which features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display, HarmonyOS 4.0, and a battery life of up to 14 days. The device includes health monitoring capabilities such as heart rate and SpO2 tracking. The existing Huawei Band 9 also offers similar health features and fast charging capabilities.
Huawei has also introduced the Watch 6, a high-tech smartwatch featuring eSIM connectivity, allowing for calls and notifications without a smartphone. It includes a circular AMOLED screen, GPS, and various health sensors for real-time heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring.
Additionally, Rollme has launched the Matrix smartwatch, designed for independent use via a dedicated SIM card slot. The device features built-in GPS and a unique pop-out side camera, enabling various functions without a tethered mobile phone. Honor also remains in the segment with the Honor Watch 6 Plus.
