Huawei FreeBuds Neo earbuds feature ANC and spatial audio

Huawei has released the FreeBuds Neo, true wireless earbuds positioned in the mid-range market. The device features an ultra-lightweight design, with each earbud weighing 4.8 grams and the Mini Shuttle charging case weighing 41 grams.

Technical specifications include dual-channel adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) providing up to 30 dB of reduction, a transparency mode, and 360-degree spatial audio. The hardware utilizes 11 mm Turbo dynamic drivers made of polymer composite material, supporting high-resolution codecs such as LDAC and HWA Lossless. Connectivity is handled via Bluetooth 6.0, offering cross-OS compatibility with Android, iOS, and Windows.

While originally launched with a list price of 129€, recent retail listings on Amazon have seen the price drop to 79€, representing a 38% discount shortly after its market debut.
