Huawei introduces SCALE framework to drive Europe's digital and green transition

At the Huawei Connect Europe 2026 event held in Florence, Italy, Huawei announced the launch of its SCALE framework. This new collaboration model is designed to accelerate the digital and green transformation across the European continent by fostering technological innovation and the adoption of artificial intelligence.

The SCALE framework focuses on six core pillars: scenario-based solutions, co-innovation, aligned marketing, local service reinforcement, consistent quality, and efficient collaboration. Through this initiative, Huawei aims to integrate its technologies more deeply into the offerings of its over 5,000 local partners.

During the event, which featured speeches from Italian Minister Adolfo Urso and Huawei's rotating chairman David Wang, the company emphasized its commitment to an “in Europe, for Europe” strategy. The goal is to help European industries achieve productivity gains through advanced technologies while supporting environmental sustainability goals.
