Huawei launches free service package for MatePad models in Turkey

Huawei has introduced a comprehensive free service package for specific MatePad models in Turkey to mitigate high repair costs caused by economic inflation. The package is available for the MatePad Air and MatePad Pro 12 models purchased through the Huawei Turkey Online Store or the Huawei Experience Store at Marmara Forum.

The service includes coverage for various types of damage. Screen repairs for cracks caused by drops or pressure, liquid damage resulting in motherboard issues, back cover cracks, and camera repairs are covered for one year, with a single use allowed for each service.

Additionally, the package includes a two-year battery service. If the battery capacity falls below 85% and is verified by an authorized service center, Huawei provides a one-time free battery replacement.
