Huawei launches MatePad Pro Max tablet in Thailand and Malaysia
Huawei has introduced its MatePad Pro Max tablet in two Southeast Asian markets. In Thailand the device went on sale in late July with a starting price of 42,990 baht for the 256 GB Wi‑Fi model and 52,990 baht for the 512 GB version, each bundled with accessories and promotional gifts valued up to 38,555 baht. The Thai offering features a 13.2‑inch 3K OLED PaperMatte display, a 4.7 mm thin chassis, 509 g weight, a Kirin T93 processor, 12 GB RAM, 512 GB storage, a 10,400 mAh battery with 66 W fast‑charge, and a 50 MP rear camera.
In Malaysia the MatePad Pro Max is priced at RM5,999 for the 12 GB RAM/512 GB storage variant, sold through Huawei Experience Stores, the official website and major e‑commerce platforms. Malaysian buyers receive complimentary gifts worth up to RM3,154, including a Huawei M‑Pencil Pro, wireless mouse, AI‑driven WPS Office and Notes, a one‑year APAC warranty and display care. The tablet shares the same 13.2‑inch flexible OLED PaperMatte screen, 4.7 mm thin profile, 509 g weight, Kirin T93 chip, 10,400 mAh battery, and HarmonyOS 4.3 operating system, and comes packaged with the Huawei Glide Keyboard.
