Huawei to launch Watch GT 7 and new devices in Munich

Huawei has announced its “Chase the Wild” Innovative Product Launch event, scheduled for September 2 in Munich, Germany. The global event will showcase a new generation of devices spanning wearables, tablets, and audio products.

The centerpiece of the launch is the HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 series. These flagship smartwatches are designed with a focus on outdoor performance and health monitoring. Key features include advanced modes for winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, which utilize a multi-sensor system to track activity even without GPS. The series also introduces “Turn Detection” to analyze turn radii and enhanced cycling tools such as Climb Planning and Sharp Turn Alerts.

Other anticipated products include the HUAWEI WATCH D3, a smartwatch specialized in blood pressure monitoring that has received CE marking in Europe, and the FreeBuds Neo wireless earbuds. The event is expected to also feature updates to the MatePad and MateBook lines.
