Huawei opens official service center in Tokyo

Huawei Japan has opened a new official service center in Tokyo, located near the Akihabara district. The facility allows customers to bring in devices for same-day repairs, with battery replacements for smartwatches noted as a frequent service.

In addition to repair services, the center serves as an experience hub where visitors can test current models and newly announced products, such as the HUAWEI WATCH 6 and HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro. While the location does not sell products directly, it directs customers to the official online store or nearby retailers.

To complement the physical location, Huawei is also expanding its digital support through a LINE official account featuring human operators. To celebrate the opening, the company is offering limited-time promotions, including repair fee discounts and free laser engraving services.
