At the 11th Huawei Connect Europe summit held in Florence, Italy, Huawei introduced its SCALE framework designed to support the continent’s digital and green transitions. The framework is built on six pillars: Scenario-based Solutions, Co-Innovation, Aligned Marketing, Local Service, Consistent Quality, and Efficient Collaboration.
David Wang, Huawei’s Deputy Chairman and Rotating Chairman, emphasized the company’s commitment to the region, stating, “Huawei has been and will remain in Europe, for Europe.” He noted that the company works with over 5,000 partners and maintains a significant presence, including 29 R&D centers across 14 European countries, contributing over €10 billion annually to Europe’s GDP.
The company’s strategy focuses on two primary goals: developing innovative products tailored to local industry scenarios and empowering local partners to serve European customers. Key technological themes discussed included agentic AI, data center energy efficiency, multicloud solutions, and regulatory compliance. Huawei also highlighted its contributions to renewable energy, reporting that it has provided 500,000 million kWh of clean electricity to Europe through the first half of 2026.
