Huawei schedules major product launch for September 7
Huawei has scheduled a major product launch for September 7, strategically positioned two days before Apple’s anticipated annual conference. The event aims to showcase a wide range of new hardware across several consumer electronics categories.
Key upcoming devices include the Huawei Mate XT 2, an evolution of the company’s triple-foldable smartphone featuring a 10-inch display and hardware-based privacy architecture. The company is also expected to introduce the Pura X View, a conventional smartphone with a 6.39-inch OLED panel, a 7,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery, and the stable version of HarmonyOS 7. Additionally, the Pura 90 Plus will be presented, focusing on advanced mobile photography.
The ecosystem expansion extends to wearables and audio, with the anticipated release of the Watch D3, which features medical-grade blood pressure sensors, the Watch 6, and FreeBuds 7 wireless earbuds equipped with improved noise cancellation and spatial audio algorithms.
