Huawei teases new Watch 6 and Watch D3 smartwatches

Huawei has released teasers for two upcoming smartwatches, the Watch 6 and the Watch D3, ahead of scheduled launches.

The Watch 6 maintains much of the aesthetic of its predecessor, the Watch 5, but introduces new finishes and strap options. It features a rotating crown, a shortcut button, and the X-Tap sensor, which allows for simultaneous measurements of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, and stress levels. Full specifications regarding battery life, screen size, and materials remain undisclosed until its official presentation next week.

The Watch D3 is positioned as a health-focused wearable with a primary emphasis on blood pressure management. Teasers indicate a redesign aimed at improving all-day comfort, featuring a slimmer construction, a larger display for better data visibility, and softer straps. The official reveal for the Watch D3 is expected on September 2.
