Huawei unveils intelligent network solutions for European markets

At the Huawei Connect Europe 2026 conference, Huawei presented its enhanced Stellar Intelligent Network solutions designed to support the goal of increasing AI adoption among European businesses from 27% to 75% by 2030.

The company introduced several technological updates, including the Stellar Intelligent Fabric, which utilizes 100T switches to expand network range while reducing the number of switches and optical modules by 30%. Other components include the Stellar Intelligent WAN, featuring the Starnet algorithm to reduce private line costs by 60%, and the Stellar Intelligent Campus Network.

Huawei demonstrated practical applications of these technologies across various sectors. Examples included an Italian university implementing passive optical splitters to reduce cabling and energy costs, an Italian hospital utilizing an active-active disaster recovery architecture to ensure zero downtime, and small-to-medium hotels using the Huawei eKit suite for Wi-Fi 7 and AI-driven fault diagnostics.
