Huawei launched its new MatePad Air tablet in Mexico, positioning it as a productivity‑focused device for students and professionals. The 12‑inch OLED PaperMatte screen offers a 2.8K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, while the 5.3 mm thin, 509 g chassis is marketed as highly portable.

The tablet integrates artificial‑intelligence features directly into applications such as WPS Office, enabling AI‑assisted document creation, presentation generation and content organization.
