Hub Plural opens new R$ 5.8 million unit in Recife

Hub Plural has officially launched a new unit in the Espinheiro neighborhood of Recife, representing an investment of R$ 5.8 million. Located on Avenida Governador Agamenon Magalhães, the facility spans over 1,800 m² and is designed to accommodate 359 workstations.

The new space includes 60 private offices, 80 coworking positions, six meeting rooms, and seven booths for calls and videoconferencing. Additional amenities feature an 80-person auditorium, a podcast studio, a photographic studio, a cafeteria, and common areas. Developed in partnership with Avesta, the unit aims to integrate productivity and community through a concept of corporate hospitality.
