HUB201 launches Cybersecurity Alliance and NIS2 training in Serbia
HUB201, a national and regional innovation center for cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, has launched the Cybersecurity Alliance in Belgrade. This platform aims to unite companies, institutions, startups, and the academic community to strengthen cooperation and collective responses to complex cybersecurity challenges.
In conjunction with these efforts, HUB201, the Center for Digital Transformation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and Austrian Standards have awarded international NIS2 specialist certificates to the first generation of trainees in Serbia. The training program is designed to help Serbian companies and institutions comply with the new European NIS2 directive, which mandates stricter requirements for risk management, information system protection, and incident response.
Achieving compliance with these standards is becoming a prerequisite for business reliability and competitiveness, particularly for companies operating within European Union supply chains or critical infrastructure sectors. Following the successful certification of the first 10 participants, HUB201 has announced a new call for training.
