Hubballi-Varanasi train service to increase to three days weekly

Indian Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has indicated that the Hubballi-Varanasi train service (train numbers 07323/24) will soon be increased to three days a week. This decision follows a meeting in New Delhi between the Railway Minister and Union Minister Pralhad Joshi.

Joshi requested the increased frequency to improve connectivity between North Karnataka and Varanasi, benefiting pilgrims, tourists, and those traveling for business or employment. Additionally, Joshi urged the modernization of Hubballi Railway Station, proposing the inclusion of amenities such as parking, shopping malls, multiplexes, restaurants, and commercial outlets. The Railway Minister responded positively to these requests, agreeing to consider the upgrading and modernization of the station infrastructure.
