Hubert de Givenchy's personal residences and design legacy

The personal residences of French designer Hubert de Givenchy reflect his meticulous aesthetic and passion for fine arts. His homes, located in Paris and the French Riviera, showcase a blend of antique furniture and avant-garde art.

One of his most notable properties is Clos Fiorentina, an estate in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat originally built in 1815. After previously belonging to the Schlumberger family, Givenchy acquired the estate around 1985. Working with architect François Catroux, he redesigned the property to include sophisticated elements, maintaining its Mediterranean charm with lemon groves and sea views. Additionally, the designer maintained a refuge near Paris known as Le Jonchet.
