HubSpot launches Agent Hub and Agent Builder to unify AI agents for go‑to‑market teams

HubSpot announced the public‑beta release of Agent Hub and Agent Builder, new tools that let marketing, sales and service teams create, manage and monitor AI agents from a single interface. The features aim to eliminate fragmentation by giving agents shared access to the same customer data, deal histories, call transcripts and buying signals.

HubSpot’s Chief Product and Technology Officer Duncan Lennox said the problem is not a single isolated agent but multiple agents working from different pictures of the customer, and that Agent Hub “fixes that” by providing a central view of performance and outcomes. Agent Builder lets users design custom agents with natural‑language prompts, schedule triggers, and integrate with workflows without separate field mapping. The tools are available in public beta for Professional and Enterprise customers.

In Chile, HubSpot noted that 88% of companies use AI but only 20% have it fully integrated, highlighting a market need for cohesive AI solutions. Andrés Aranda, HubSpot’s sales director for the region, said the next evolution is hybrid teams where AI acts as an extension of human talent. An example use case cited was Ignite Reading, a virtual literacy tutoring program operating in over 25 U.S. states, which built an agent to automatically retrieve school‑district calendars.
