HubSpot rebuilds CRM platform with multi-layered AI
At its annual Unbound conference, HubSpot Inc. unveiled a major reconstruction of its CRM platform, centered on multi-layered artificial intelligence designed to leverage what the company calls ‘growth context.’ Unlike standard CRM data, growth context encompasses deeper insights into customer motivations and business processes to improve AI reliability.
The update introduces several key components: a redesigned Breeze Assistant that functions as an interface for assigning and completing tasks, a Smart CRM that automatically synchronizes information from emails, calls, and meetings, and a new ‘Context Home’ hub. Context Home provides a score to measure data completeness and identifies gaps that could hinder AI performance.
Additional features include Agent Hub, which serves as a command center for managing various AI agents, and Marketing Studio 2.0. The platform aims to move beyond simple question-and-answer AI tools toward an action-oriented system where users can describe goals and have agents generate proposals, reports, and campaign plans.
