HubX reaches $1.2 billion valuation as Türkiye’s newest unicorn

HubX, an Izmir-based artificial intelligence-focused technology company, has achieved unicorn status with a valuation of $1.2 billion. The company secured up to $75 million in investment from U.S.-based Point72 Private Investments, marking its first external funding since its founding in 2022.

HubX develops and scales a portfolio of over 40 mobile and web applications, including Nova, Wiser, DaVinci, and Lotus Flow. Its products have reached over 600 million users across more than 190 countries. The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate the growth of its existing products and expand its global mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.

This milestone makes HubX the eighth 'Turcorn'—a term used for Turkish technology companies valued at over $1 billion—joining companies such as Peak Games, Getir, and Trendyol. The achievement was supported by government initiatives like the e-Turquality Program and the Turcorn 100 Program, which aim to foster high-value service exports and increase the number of billion-dollar technology startups in Türkiye.
