Hudson Valley craft beverage and retail scene expands

The Hudson Valley region continues to expand its craft beverage and retail landscape. Notable destinations include the Dassai Blue Sake Brewery in Hyde Park, which produces sake using Japanese traditions combined with Hudson Valley water and Arkansas rice. In Old Chatham, Silver Brothers Spirits Company offers rye and American Single Malt whiskeys produced from estate-grown grain, while Cooperstown Distillery provides grain-to-glass spirits using locally sourced New York grains.
