Hudson Valley expands dining options with new restaurant openings

New dining establishments are opening in the Hudson Valley region. In Kingston, Soho Eatery HV has officially opened at 1304 Ulster Ave. The venue operates as a deli, market, and espresso bar, featuring hot and cold bars where customers can pay by the pound. The location will also host Mocha & Melt, which will serve gelato and lattes.

In Poughkeepsie, LongHorn Steakhouse is set to occupy the former TGI Fridays location at 2594 South Road in the Poughkeepsie Plaza. The project involves site modifications, including the removal of an outdoor patio, landscaping updates, and the addition of dedicated ‘To Go’ parking spaces. The restaurant is currently hiring staff in anticipation of its opening.
