Hue authorities order land recovery for Regal Capital Hue project

The Hue People's Committee has issued a notice to recover land for the Tu Ha - Huong Van residential project, also known as the Regal Capital Hue project. The project is being developed by a joint venture between Regal Group Joint Stock Company and Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company.

The land recovery covers 107,378.7 square meters located in the Huong Tra area of Hue. Authorities cited violations of land laws under Clause 6, Article 81 of the 2024 Land Law as the reason for the decision. The developers and relevant stakeholders have been given a maximum of 45 days to complete necessary procedures and hand over the site to the state. Failure to comply will result in compulsory land recovery.

Construction at the site has currently ceased, leaving materials and unfinished structures abandoned on the premises.
