Hue City launches three digital platforms for citizens and investors

Hue City has officially launched three new digital platforms designed to serve citizens, businesses, and investors. The initiative, announced ahead of National Digital Transformation Day and Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day, aims to enhance government service quality and support the local business community.

The first platform, “Hiến kế” (Contribution of Ideas), is integrated into the Hue-S application. It allows citizens, experts, and scientists to submit development ideas and initiatives after verifying their identity via VNeID. Authorities are required to study and provide feedback within two days of receipt.

The second platform, “Hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp” (Business Support), enables companies to report operational difficulties and obstacles. The system automatically records reports within 30 minutes, and authorities must determine jurisdiction within 24 hours. Most issues are expected to be inspected and resolved within six working days, with a possible seven-day extension for complex cases.

The third platform, “Bản đồ số dự án thu hút đầu tư” (Digital Investment Attraction Map), serves as a centralized information channel. It provides data on project locations, scales, construction planning, land use, and implementation progress for non-budgetary projects to facilitate investor research and cooperation.
