Hue social housing: 210 units handed over at Ecogarden

On August 9, 210 social housing units in the W1 building (West Sky project) at the Ecogarden smart ecological urban area were officially inaugurated and handed over to low-income residents in Hue, Vietnam.

Developed by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, the West Sky subdivision is part of a larger 1,407-unit social housing project that began construction in July 2023. The project is divided into two zones: West Sky (OXH1) and East Sky (OXH2). The handover of the W1 building was reported to have exceeded the original schedule while meeting technical, safety, and legal standards.

According to the Hue Department of Construction, the completion of this building contributes to the city's high-level goal of expanding housing supply through 2030. The developer is currently working to complete the W4 building for handover in October 2026 and is accelerating construction on the East Sky subdivision to further increase housing availability for low-income earners.
