Castellón hosts various regional cultural and gastronomic events
The province of Castellón is hosting several cultural and gastronomic initiatives. The 'Castelló Ruta de Sabor' has launched its fifth Autumn Gastronomic season, featuring 18 participating establishments including restaurants, gastrobars, and local producers. The program emphasizes seasonal, local products such as IGP Castelló wines and provincial olive oil.
In Peñíscola, the V Fira Gastronòmica is also underway, bringing together local chefs and products for tastings and family activities. Additionally, the municipality of Onda is celebrating its Fira with traditional bull runs and social events honoring local functional diversity associations.
Other regional highlights include the upcoming 'Día de la Provincia' in Figueroles, where the Diputación de Castellón will recognize various personalities for their contributions to culture, sports, and social action.
